If you wish to fully delete your account and all content associated with it, please reach out to us at hello@willowspace.co.

Canceling your account is the best practice before deleting so that your content doesn't get removed from our platform entirely. When canceling, we will keep your account set up for 30 days in case you change your mind or wish to download your WillowSpace content.

To cancel, we've made it easy and don't want to make you jump through hoops like some other subscriptions. Simply log in to your WillowSpace account > Account > Plan + Billing and click on Cancel Subscription. You will be prompted with a pop-up to make sure this is what you want to do.

Please note that when you cancel, you will have access through the rest of the billable month and you will then lose access to any features in WillowSpace.
