How to Delete Your WillowSpace Account for Good

To fully delete your account and all associated data:

Please email us at hello@willowspace.co with your request. Deleting your account is permanent and removes all of your content from our platform.

Tip before you delete: Cancel first

If you’re unsure or may want to come back, we recommend canceling instead of deleting right away. Here’s why:

• When you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active for the remainder of your billing cycle so you can:

  • Download any important content

  • Reactivate if you change your mind

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your WillowSpace account

2. Go to Settings > Plan + Billing

3. Click Cancel Subscription

4. Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up prompt

You’ll still have access for the remainder of your billing period, and won’t be charged again.
