Here’s a clear breakdown of the WillowSpace Refund Policy:

Monthly Plans

  • Non-refundable: Payments for monthly subscriptions are not refundable.

  • You can cancel or delete your account at any time.

  • If you cancel mid-month, you’ll keep access until your next billing date, but no refunds will be issued for past charges — no exceptions.


Yearly Plans

  • Yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but:

    • You must request a refund within 14 days of your most recent yearly charge to be eligible.

    • No pro-rated refunds are offered after that period.

    • Cancellations after 14 days are not eligible for a refund — no exceptions.

  • You’ll maintain access through the rest of your paid cycle even if you cancel early.
