What is the WillowSpace refund policy?

We want to make it easy for you to manage your WillowSpace plan!

If you are on a monthly plan:

Monthly payments for WillowSpace are not refundable. You may modify your plan by either pausing your account, canceling, or reaching out to us (hello@willowspace.co) to delete your account permanently at any time.

If you pay for a month and choose to cancel after the payment is made, you will have access to your account until the next billing cycle. At that point, you will stop being charged. We cannot refund on monthly plans or past charges. There are no exceptions.

If you are on a yearly plan:

Yearly payments can be canceled at any time, but are not refundable. For a refund, you must cancel and request the refund within 14 days of your last charge for the yearly subscription. We do not offer pro-rated refunds if you choose to cancel your plan mid-billing cycle. Cancellations past the 14-day mark will not be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.

If you cancel your account before the end of your bill cycle, you will maintain access to WillowSpace until the end of the cycle, at which point you will not be charged to renew and you will lose access to your account.
