WillowSpace offers flexible notification options so you never miss an update—unless you want to.
Notification Types
You can receive notifications in three ways:

Browser Push Notifications (when your browser is open)

Email Notifications

In-App Notifications (via the bell icon in the top-right corner of your WorkSpace)
Manage Your Preferences
To customize how and when you’re notified:

Log in to your WillowSpace account

Navigate to Settings > Notifications
From here, you can:

Enable or disable browser notifications

Toggle email notifications on or off for specific events

Update your notification email address if you want messages sent somewhere other than your main login email
All notifications will always appear in your WorkSpace Notification Center (bell icon), by default.
Adjust your preferences to match your workflow—whether you like real-time alerts or prefer a quieter experience.
