Your email signature is an important piece of your client communication—it’s where you share your contact details, brand personality, and give messages a polished finish. WillowSpace makes it easy to set up and personalize your signature so it reflects your brand.

How to Edit Your Signature

1. Log in to your WillowSpace account

2. Navigate to Settings > Emails

3. At the top of the page, you’ll see the Email Signature field

You have a few ways to customize your signature:

• Copy + Paste your existing signature from your email platform

• Use a free email signature builder online, then paste the code into WillowSpace

• Manually edit your name, title, contact details, and links right in the text field

Adding an Image (Logo or Headshot)

To add or change an image:

1. Double-click the placeholder image in the signature editor

2. Paste the URL of your image into the popup

3. Set the image width and height to 100px for a neat square or circle format
