You can customize your email signature within WillowSpace so that when you send your clients messages through the platform, they get accurate contact details and can see your headshot or logo.

To edit your signature, login to WillowSpace > go to Account > Emails.

You'll see the email signature field at the top. The easiest way to edit this is to copy and paste your current signature from your email platform. You can also use email signature builders online!

To edit manually within the WillowSpace field, simply change the text as you would normally edit in a text field.

To change the image shown, you can double-click the placeholder and paste an image URL into the field provided. For a circle or square dimension, you can set the width and height to 100px each.
