One of our favorite features in WillowSpace is the ability to customize our WorkSpace. You can do this by logging in to your WillowSpace Account > Account > Branding.

From the Branding section, you're able to select your own brand color use the color picker or putting in a color Hex Code (for example, #334BFA). Click Save and refresh the page to see the updated color.

When choosing a brand color, ensure the contrast is high enough with white text. The color will show up in icons, CTAs, buttons, and tags with white text on top, so you'll want something that's easy to read.

If your brand color is a light color that does not match well with white text on top, try darkening it so it is still in the brand color family. This color is internal but will show on the client portals as well.

You can also update your brand fonts in the Branding section. When you change the font here, it will show in the client portals and documents. Choose fonts that are easy to read for your clients.

Another fun feature in WillowSpace gives you the ability to change your WillowSpace character. This is just a cool way to customize your WorkSpace even further, and a fun way to change it up from time to time.

Be sure to update your profile photo and your logo right away. Your logo is important as it shows on the client portals and documents. You have the ability to upload your own favicon too. This will be the browser icon that shows when your clients visit their portals. It gives you an extra bit of brand experience when working on projects with your clients.
