To keep your email settings up to date, log in to your WillowSpace account > Account > Emails.
At the top of the page, you will see a space to paste or create your email signature. Our recommendation is to use the same one you'd use in your regular email communications. Simply copy it and paste it in the space provided.
For Email Templates, scroll past the signature space.
You will see a list of default email templates already set up. In each of these, you can click to customize the messaging to be specific to what you'd like to say.
Update the messaging and formats, select what type of email it will be used for (leads, clients, projects...etc.), and add the subject. Click save when you're finished making changes.
If you'd like to add a new email template, you can do that in the top right corner of the Emails view. Here, you can also filter by email type to narrow things down.
