Adding new clients to your WillowSpace

You can add clients to WillowSpace manually or by converting them from a lead. This keeps your workspace organized and ensures everything—projects, documents, and communication—is connected to the right person or company.

➕ To Add a Client Manually:

  1. Go to Clients in the left-hand menu

  2. Click + New Client

  3. Fill in their details:

    • First and last name

    • Email address

    • Business name (optional)

    • Internal notes or tags (optional)

    • ...etc.
  4. Click Save

Your new client will now appear in the Clients list and be available to assign to projects or documents.


🔄 Converting a Lead to a Client

Leads in WillowSpace are automatically converted into clients once they accept a proposal. This ensures their details and project are fully linked.

You Can Also Convert a Lead Manually:

  1. Go to Leads

  2. Click the lead’s name

  3. Click Convert to Client in the ... menu

Their details will now move into your Clients section, and you can start assigning documents, meetings, and projects.
