Scheduling emails lets you prepare client communications in advance and send them at just the right time.

  1. Compose your email inside a project, lead, or client.

  2. Choose “Schedule for later.”

  3. Select your desired send date and time. Note that time is shown in UTC.

  4. Click Schedule Email.
