Right now, WillowSpace supports one client signature per contract, but we know that some of you need to sign your contracts and proposals too — especially for formal agreements or legal compliance.
While we’re working on bringing multi-signature support to the platform soon, there’s a simple workaround you can use today!
Option 1: Sign the PDF Before Uploading It
If you’re using a custom PDF for your proposal or contract, you can add your signature before uploading it to WillowSpace.
Here’s how:
-
Open your contract/proposal in Canva, Preview (Mac), Adobe Acrobat, or your design tool of choice.
-
Add the following to the signature section:
-
Your signature image (a scanned or stylized signature)
-
Your name
-
The date
-
-
Save the file as a PDF.
-
Head to WillowSpace and:
-
Go to Documents
-
Click Create New Document → Upload PDF
-
Send the contract to the client
-
💡 Your client will now see your signed version, and they’ll be able to sign or approve it directly in the client portal using our built-in viewer. Their signature stamp will be added at the end of the PDF document AFTER yours.
Option 2: Add Your Info in the WillowSpace Builder
If you’re creating the document inside the WillowSpace builder, you can still add your name, date, and even a signature image before sending it.
Here's how:
-
In your proposal or contract, scroll to the signature area.
-
Above or beside the client signature field, insert a text block with:
-
Your name
-
Your title (optional)
-
The date
-
Optional: upload a PNG image of your signature (you can use a horizontal image block for this)
-
🖋️ Tip: Make it clear who is signing where, such as:

Once everything is filled in, send it to your client as usual!
✅ Coming Soon: Multi-Signature Support
We know this is a common request, and we're already working on bringing full multi-party signature functionality to WillowSpace — allowing you and your client(s) to sign the same document easily and securely. Stay tuned for that update soon!
