When you send a contract in WillowSpace, your client receives a clean, branded experience that makes reviewing and signing the agreement simple and seamless.
What Happens
1. Your lead or client receives an email with a secure link to view and sign their contract
2. The contract opens in a mobile-friendly, no-login-required viewer
3. If the contract is tied to a client portal, they can also access it there anytime
4. You'll see the contract status update to “Viewed” once they open the link
5. After signing, the status will update to “Signed”, and you'll both receive a confirmation
What Clients See
- Your logo and contract design
- Cleanly formatted sections, clear headings, and layout blocks
- A Sign Now button at the top of the document
- A button to Download a PDF copy before and/or after signing
Notes
- Clients cannot edit the contract
- Once signed, the contract is locked for changes
- If you need to edit a signed contract, duplicate and send a new one
- Both you and your client will receive a confirmation email with a timestamp
- After signing, clients can view and download the signed contract from their portal
- If you need to sign the contract, you can add your name, date and signature on in the builder
If you're previewing the contract from your dashboard, the signature field will be disabled. This view simply shows you what your client will see when they open the contract.
