Creating custom forms or questionnaires

You can create as many custom forms as you'd like in WillowSpace. Forms can help you with your processes for things like:

  • Collecting new client information before starting a project (things like addresses, working hours, timelines, important questions, payment plan details...etc.)

  • Collecting feedback on work concepts from your clients

  • Gathering strategy information for a project (things like inspiration links, Pinterest board links, goals of a project...etc.)

  • Gathering testimonial content once a project is wrapping up

  • Surveying clients

There are a few ways you can create a new form in WillowSpace.

First, you can go to Documents in the main menu > New Document > Select Form from the document type dropdown. Continue to fill in the form settings and add form questions.

WillowSpace supports 8 different field types including small text box, large text box, email address, phone number, checkboxes, yes/no, dropdown, or headings/titles.

Second, you can create a form by going into Clients > Selecting the desired client > New Document > Choosing Form as the document type in the dropdown and then following the same process as above.

Lastly, you can create a form or a questionnaire by clicking into Projects > Selecting the desired project > New document > Choose Form as the document type in the dropdown and follow the same process listed above.
