Our proposal and contract editor makes drag-and-drop sections easy. You have more control over creating beautiful proposals that convert!

The Content section of the builder allows you to add different blocks like images, text, dividers, HTML, buttons, or columns.

The Blocks section of the builder allows you to set up grids and columns to better organize your content.

The Body section of the builder is where you'll find the styling capabilities. Here is where you'll customize fonts, colors, sizing...etc.

Within the proposal design section, you can change the text, duplicate sections or blocks, delete sections or blocks, and drag and drop the blocks around the page.

You also get to view the proposal in responsive mode (to see how clients may see it on their mobile devices) by using the menu in the bottom left corner.

Once you're happy with the proposal design, you can go up to the Select menu and dropdown to see your options. This allows you to view the proposal in the portal as your client would see it, download the proposal as a PDF, duplicate the proposal, archive the proposal, or delete the proposal.

Note: We are working on a NEW builder experience that will make building proposals and contracts easier and even more beautiful! The new builder is in testing right now and will allow things like identifiers and mergers (be able to input project details and client details easily), multiple options or inputs so clients can choose from different packages or services...etc. The new builder should be released in 2023.
