Common Ways to Use Forms

You can use forms in WillowSpace to support a variety of tasks, including:

• Client onboarding – Collect important project details like addresses, working hours, deadlines, or payment plans

• Feedback collection – Gather responses on design or content drafts

• Strategy input – Ask for inspiration, goals, Pinterest boards, and more

• Testimonial gathering – Send an automated form when a project wraps

• Client surveys – Check in on satisfaction or long-term results

How to Create a New Form

You can create a form from three different places in WillowSpace:

Option 1: From the Documents Section

1. Go to Documents in the left-hand menu

2. Click + New Document

3. Choose Form from the document type dropdown

4. Fill in your form name and settings

5. Add your form fields (see below for supported field types)

Option 2: From a Client Profile

1. Go to Clients and select the client

2. Click New Document > Form

3. Follow the same steps to build your form

This method automatically links the form to that client.

Option 3: From a Project

1. Go to Projects and select the project

2. Click New Document > Form

3. Build the form just like above

This will link the form to both the project and client.

Customizable Field Types You Can Use

WillowSpace currently supports 10 field types for flexible, well-structured forms:

• Small text box (short answers)

• Large text box (paragraphs or detailed responses)

• Email address

• Phone number

• Checkboxes (for multi-select answers)

• Yes/No (radio buttons)

• Dropdown (for single-select options)

• Upload area to accept files from leads/clients
• Location/address

• Headings or titles (for section breaks or intro text)

Design Your Branded Form

You can use our intuitive form builder to make it feel like your brand. Change things like:

• Font choices and typography

• Layout options like field style, borders, backgrounds etc.
• Button design to control style, colour, borders and alignment
• Customize further with CSS
