Clients receive:

• A branded email with your reminder messages (which you can customize in Settings > Emails)

• A secure link to view their invoice—no login required

Invoice View Includes:

• Your logo, business name, and invoice title

• A full breakdown of items, totals, and taxes

• Any custom footer notes (like PayPal or Square links)

• Due date and status

• If online payments are enabled, clients will see a Pay Now button

• Download button (PDF)
