Leads can be converted to a client in a couple of different ways.

The first way a lead may be converted to a client is by accepting a proposal. When you send a lead a proposal and they accept it on WillowSpace, they will automatically be converted to a client and moved to the Clients section.

The second way is to manually convert a lead to a client. In some cases, you may not need to send proposals to book a project, so you can simply click the menu for a lead and select "Convert to Client":

You can also do this in the Lead details by scrolling to the Convert to Client button on the right:

In the same way, you can convert a lead to a client, you can also convert a client back to a lead. You may choose to do this in the instances where old clients reach out for new projects. To do this, go to Clients > Select the desired client > Convert client back to lead:
