A Lead in WillowSpace is anyone who has shown interest in working with you—someone who’s reached out about your services but hasn’t officially become a client yet.

Leads are the very first step in your client journey inside WillowSpace.

Where Leads Come From

You can add leads in a few ways:

  • Automatically, when someone submits your Lead Capture Form (embedded on your website or shared via link).

  • Manually, by entering their info when someone contacts you via email, social media, or in person.

  • From bookings, if you’ve toggled on the “Add to Leads” setting in your Scheduler—anyone who books a meeting gets added as a lead.

What You Can Do with a Lead

Once a lead is in your system, you can:

  • Send an automated welcome message or lookbook

  • Email follow-ups and reminders

  • Book discovery calls or consultations

  • Send beautiful proposals

  • Organize everything for that potential client in one tidy spot

The Lead-to-Client Journey

The goal? To smoothly move a lead through your process:

Lead ➝ Proposal ➝ Client ➝ Project ➝ Documents & Progress ➝ Repeat

Leads help you stay organized, follow up with ease, and guide new inquiries toward becoming long-term, happy clients.
