WillowSpace supports the ability to add more than 1 project for each client. Some scenarios that might warrant multiple projects include:

• A major client project like branding, combined with ongoing support that doesn't have a definitive end date: in a case like this, you could create one project that outlines the full branding scope and a second one that outlines ongoing work and tasks.

• Projects that are very intricate could be divided out into multiple projects instead of using milestones within one project.

• Clients with multiple businesses may require multiple projects to accommodate

It's best practice to keep projects as organized as you can so that the client portals are clear and easy to use. Set up milestones to divide out phases of a project and be sure to mark projects as complete once they are finished. That way when clients come back for future work, you can start a second project altogether.
