When you send a proposal in WillowSpace, your client receives a clean, professional experience designed to make reviewing and approving easy.

What Happens:

1. Your lead/client receives an email with a secure link to view their proposal

2. The proposal opens in a branded, mobile-friendly viewer—no login required

3. If the proposal is tied to their portal, they can access it there anytime

4. You'll see the status change to "viewed" once the lead/client has opened the link

What They See:

- Your logo and proposal design
- Clear headings, sections, and content blocks
- An “Approve” button at the top that scrolls as they do
- A button to Decline or Download the proposal

Notes:

- Clients can’t edit the proposal
- Once approved, you'll both receive an email indicating that
- After approval, the lead/client will only be able to view or download the proposal
- If you are previewing the proposal, you will not be able to open the "Accept" or "Decline" modal. This is what the client will see when they're viewing:
