How does WillowSpace use Zoom?

You can use Zoom in your WillowSpace Scheduler to set up automatic Zoom meeting links with your clients when they are booking in your calendar. When you connect these 2 platforms, you'll be able to choose "Zoom" as a meeting type which will create a link for any meetings booked by your clients.

You need to have a Zoom account set up in order to connect Zoom with WillowSpace. Be sure to visit https://zoom.us/ and set up your account prior to trying to connect the Zoom to your WillowSpace WorkSpace.

To add Zoom to your WorkSpace from your WillowSpace account:

1. Login to WillowSpace
2. Go to Account on the left hand menu
3. Click on Integrations
4. Click on "Connect" in the Zoom section and log into your Zoom account

To integrate with Zoom through their App Marketplace:

1. Visit https://marketplace.zoom.us
2. Search for WillowSpace in the search area
3. Navigate to the "Manage" area of the app overview in Zoom
4. Click on "Configure" to set up your integration

You can also update your app permissions from the Zoom Marketplace or remove permission in the "Manage" area.

To revoke Zoom authorization from WillowSpace:

1. Login to your Zoom account
2. Navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
3. Click on Manage > Added Apps or search for WillowSpace in the search area
4. Click on the "Remove" button

To disconnect Zoom from inside of WillowSpace:

1. Login to your WillowSpace account
2. Go to Account on the left hand menu
3. Click on Integrations
4. Click on the "Disconnect" link in the Zoom section/card
