1. Navigate to the Scheduler
From the left-hand menu, click Schedule to toggle between your Calendar and your Scheduler. Select Scheduler.
2. Create a New Meeting Type
Click + New Meeting Type to start setting up a new scheduling link for your leads or clients.
3. Set Scheduling Duration
Choose how long this meeting type should be available for leads and clients to book:
Indefinitely – The link stays active until you manually turn it off.
Rolling Timeframe – Set a specific start and end date for availability.
Fixed Duration – Keep the link active for a set period (e.g. 4 months from today).
Click Save to continue.
4. Set Your Availability
Choose when you’re available for this meeting type. Each meeting type can have its own schedule. If you connect your Google Calendar to WillowSpace, an event in your calendar will be blocked off automatically in your Scheduler.
Click a day on the calendar to add time slots.
Use + Add another time slot to add more.
Use the X to remove a time slot.
Use Apply to all to copy a day’s availability across the week.
You can also set:
Buffer time before/after meetings
Minimum notice required to book
Maximum bookings per day
Click Save when you’re done.
5. Customize Booking Details
Next, adjust your booking preferences:
Allow rescheduling or cancellations
Add a post-booking message
Toggle on "Add attendee as a Lead in WillowSpace" to auto-capture new Leads
Create a custom Booking Form with questions for your clients
6. Share Your Meeting Link
Once everything is set up and saved, go back to the main Scheduler view. Your meeting link is ready to copy and share with clients!
