How to set up a new meeting type in the Scheduler

From the Schedule button on the main left-hand menu, you can toggle between your Calendar and your Scheduler.

From the Scheduler view, you need to click on "+ New meeting type" to begin creating a new scheduling option.

Fill in the fields according to your meeting details. You can select from being able to schedule:

  • Indefinitely: meaning the link will show availability forever, until you end it manually.

  • In a rolling timeframe: meaning you can select the start and finish date of your availability for this meeting type.

  • In a fixed timeframe: meaning you can set the amount of time from the start of the meeting time until the end (ie: for 4 months).

Click save to move on to the next step.

From here, you'll need to set your availability for this meeting type. Each meeting type will have its own set of availability so you can control what meetings you allow on which days.

Click on a day from the calendar to set your availability.

You can add new time slots to each day with the "+ Add another time slot" option, or remove old time slots with the "x" button.

If you want to set the same availability for every day of the week, you can "Apply to all."

Here, you can also set up buffer time, minimum booking notice and maximum number of bookings per day. Set up your details as desired and click Save.

The next step involves Booking Details where you can determine whether you'd like to allow a client to reschedule or cancel their meeting, set a post-submission message and set up a Booking Form with customized questions to ask clients before they book.

When all of your details are saved, you're ready to share your link! Go back to the main Scheduler screen to send out your meeting links to clients!
