Setting Up Your Availability in the Scheduler

How to set up availability in your Scheduler to block off meeting times available to leads and clients

To make your Scheduler work smoothly, you’ll need to set your availability—this tells WillowSpace when clients can book meetings with you.

How to Set Availability

1. Go to Schedule > Toggle to Scheduler

2. Click into any Meeting Type

3. Under the Availability section, select a day and add your time slots

4. Use + Add another time slot to offer more options

5. Click Apply to All if your availability is the same across multiple days

Don’t forget to click Save!


Why Someone Might See “Unavailable” When Booking

- You haven’t set time slots for that day
- You’ve integrated a calendar and have conflicts
- You’ve reached your max bookings per day (as set in the meeting type)
- The booking window has passed or isn’t open yet
